The Company is pleased to announce a vacancy for the following position.

HR COORDINATOR

Job description:

• Prepare job announcements and advertise vacancies internally and externally
• Advising on assessment approaches
• Selection and initial screening of applicants.  Short listing of potential candidates. Scheduling final interviews with Branch and / or Regional Manager
• Control the qualified and fit for job people are getting employed
• Give suggestions on internal promotions and staff relocations
• Prepare/update Job Descriptions for all staff in cooperation with relevant department heads
• Prepare employment contracts, hiring and termination orders, transfer orders, labor books and etc
• Coordinating of minimum and advanced training package requirements for a company staff
• Enter to HR database of new-comers details, update HR overviews
• Develop/update HR related memos and procedures
• Control absenteeism e.g. follow up sick leaves, unpaid /suspended leaves , check reasons for absences
• Control of attendance in AWS personnel
• Control staff discipline & behaviour e.g. issue warnings, get explanations and etc
• Renew work permits & immigration  cards for expat staff
• Prepare HR letters e.g. reference letter for banks, notification letters and other outgoing letters
• Prepare  quarterly reports to be submitted to Employment Fund
• Time keeper issues
• Arrange Medical Check-up and keep tracking staff with valid certificates
• Any other duties which may be reasonably required

Qualification requirements:

• Minimum 3 years work experience
• Deep knowledge of Labour Code;
• International qualifications or attendance on relevant course
• Excellent spoken and written English, Azeri and Russian languages
• Proven ability to work under pressure
• Responsible attitude
• Dedication to detail
• Good report writing skill
● Excellent working knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and 1C software
