The Company is pleased to announce a vacancy for the following position.

MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

Job description:

• Coordinate all AWS engagements at Sangachal Terminal (ST) and act as a bridge between AWS management and ST authorities
• Comply with AWS policies and procedures and client's specific requirements at ST.
• Supervise all operations to be performed in ST and report to AWS management
• Ensuring all Atlantic Waste Solutions property / equipment is well maintained and used properly
• Prepare and manage all appropriate documentation associated with AWS works, plant and equipment on Sangachal Terminal
• Ensuring all operations are in compliance with HSE standards and ST requirements
• Ensuring that all staff are instructed in the proper procedures and aware of the planned operations
• Taking corrective action where non-compliant issues and actions are discovered and reporting these to the Operations Manager
• Ensuring that adequate handover takes place at shift change
• Ensuring that the work teams have been withdrawn and the work site is left in a safe and clean condition on completion of the task
• Ensure internal monitoring of the site activities and operations , conduct periodic audits
• Ensure that no new operations are done without a signed and approved Risk Assessment
• Conduct site weekly meetings and inspections with ST authority
• Any other duties if required by Branch Manager /Operation Manager

Qualification requirements:

• Four years or more relevant work experience 
• Strong leadership skills
• University degree
• Excellent spoken and written English, Azeri and Russian languages
• Proven ability to work under pressure
• Good report writing skill
