Main duties:
- AP, AR and other current accounts review and control;
- Assistance in inventory analysis and relevant reporting;
- Assistance in checking and control of cost allocation;
- Reconciliation of bank accounts;
- Responsible for Logistics payments;
- Creating and reconciling fixed assets’ cards;
- Tax accounts review and entries as per Tax Department’s reports;
- Entering necessary data into ERP system;
- Assistance in month and year end closing procedures and reporting;
- Assist accounting department seniors and colleagues in daily work;
- Assistance in preparation of budget and performing actual vs budget analysis;
- Strong communication with project managers regarding any changes in operations;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance is required;
- Working experience as AP or AR min 1 year;
- Good knowledge of Excel;
- Working in COINS ERP system is a strong advantage;
- Minimum Intermediate level of English language is required;
- Knowledge of logistics and custom payments is a strong advantage;
- General knowledge of Azerbaijan Tax regulations;
- Successful completion of F3-Financial Accounting (ACCA) or DipIFR will be a strong advantage.
- Candidates with “Professional accountant certificate (Peşəkar mühasib sertifikati)” are preferred.
