Key responsibilities:
- Update company databases with new employee information
- Assist HRBP team by screening resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
- Assist Talent Management team with organization and coordination of trainings and other relevant tasks
- Schedule and organize interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Send rejection emails to candidates
- Assist with new hire orientations
- Prepare HR-related reports if needed
- Assist in the planning of HR events and careers days
Qualifications:
- BSc in Human Resources Management or similar field
- Experience as HR intern role is a plus
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Experience with MS Office
- Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Communication and organizational skills
