Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Execute recruitment tasks as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Advisor.
  • Post job advertisements on the Company website, various job portals, and social media platforms.
  • Participate in the candidate sourcing process.
  • Conduct initial screening of applicants.
  • Communicate with candidates, schedule interviews, and conduct interviews for file and rank employees.
  • Maintain Job Interview Assessment forms.
  • Communicate interview results to candidates.
  • Administer job offers and manage pre-employment logistics.
  • Maintain an effective and accurate recruitment filing system.
  • Manage and update the advertisement and interview tracking system.
  • Ensure strict security measures are maintained for personal information, both on computer systems and in physical files.

Key Skills/Qualifications:

  • High education or a recognized qualification related to the field of recruitment is desirable.
  • Possess 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Azerbaijani languages (Russian language skills are advantageous).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Impressive organizational, time-management, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines, with minimal supervision.
