Requirements:

Higher technical education;
International qualification or at the stage of obtaining qualification is preferable
2-3 years’ experience in telecommunication area
Switching equipment& GSM network practical & theoretical knowledge.
 Switching network equipment& signaling types & protocols knowledge, analyzing of network problems & customer complaints.
Knowledge of languages: Azerbaijani – fluent, English and Russian – pre- intermediate level;
Excellent MS Office skills;
Free of military obligation;

Willingness and ability to learn and develop;

Job Description:

Collect data to determine the radio propagation coverage and network quality of wireless technologies around existing and prospective sites, cities and highway corridors
Perform post-processing and analysis of collected data and produces plots of data
Development and maintain reports identifying problems and anomalies associated with drive testing trips
Periodic Drive test of assigned cluster. Analyze logs using tools to produce statistics. Benchmark , re-home, indoor testing. Network problem trouble shooting
Analyze data from drive test and propose new site radio settings (antenna azimuth, tilts etc...) to achieve desired optimized coverage. /Statistical analysis and maintain KPIs. Proactively resolve RF Optimization field issues. Identifying Hot Spots and upcoming areas for site planning
Develop drive routes and adjust as necessary to obtain measurement requirements and objectives. Identify faults in equipment and software and resolve with vendor technical support.
Contact customer when it’s necessary for investigation and presentation of information on complaint status. Communicate with customer according to the standards
Regular interaction & co-ordination within group, department and the company on various services and occurred problems
Manage all problems (in conjunction with problem owner) from logging till closure according to solution principles
Preparation of statistics collected during the month of customer complaints
The static information sharing with other relevant groups and Control of problem solving
