Tender Assistant- Job Description & Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analysis of Tender enquiries and Pre-qualification responses.
- Collection of all documents to be included in the offer, such as pre-qualification documentation, Technical & Operational documentation, QA/QC, HSE, Pricing, Commercial & Legal exceptions, Certification, Bank Guarantees & Bonds, etc.
- Distributing tender packages across the relevant teams and establishing specific tasks per team, ensuring their collection is within required deadlines.
- Work with the Procurement Team and Sales Team to facilitate deal and risk reviews.
- Develop a good understanding of the nature of works along with project and tender requirements and preparation of compliance statements.
- Develop strong working partnerships with other functions (Project Control, Construction, Design, Architects, Procurement, Sales, Cost Control, Finance, Tax, Logistics, Customs, Warehouse etc.) to enable effective communication, on-time responses, improved information flow to help shape winning and profitable bids.
- To act as the company’s internal contact point for the customer during the enquiry and bidding processes
- Monitors the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance.
- To handle incoming tenders and by keeping a prioritized listing of outstanding tasks, and analysis of tender requirements
- Preparation Request for Proposals and Obtaining Price Offers from Vendors during Tender Process as per Drawings and Specifications
Skills:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Language skills: Azerbaijani (fluent), English (upper intermediate), Turkish (upper intermediate).
- Personal skills: Attentive to details, Negotiation skills, Team worker
- A bachelor's degree or higher.
- 1-2 years of experience in construction industry
- Knowledge of tracking, planning, scheduling,
- Must be proficient with MS Office applications.
- Ability to work well with a team.
