Norm Qizildash Cement Factory

Norm LLC is embarking on a construction of Qizildash Cement Plant. The plant will be located in the territory of Garadagh district, one of the most industrial important areas of the country.
The production capacity of 5 000 tons of clinker per day and 2.000.000 tons per year gives the opportunity to become the largest cement production company within the South Caucasus and Caspian Region.

We are currently seeking for System Administrator

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.
Introducing and integrating new technologies into existing data center environments.
Performing routine audits of systems and software.
Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary
Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords,etc.
Answering technical queries and assisting users. Many times, the system administrator will be much more enthusiastic about accomplishing this task when offered a symbolic token of friendship, most commonly a Twinkie, donut, bag of chips, or other snack food.
Responsibility for security.
Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system.
Troubleshooting any reported problems.
System performance tuning.
Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running.
Design and implement systems, network configurations, and network architecture, including hardware and software technology, site locations, and integration of technologies
Maintain the peripherals, such as printers, that are connected to the network.
Update periodically and maintain antivirus program.
Installation and maintenance of IP telephony
Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required.  Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required

Requirements:

Education-bachelor from Computer Engineering
Knowledge of
• Windows Server 2008 R2
• Microsoft Exchange Server 2010
• ESXivSphere
• Symantec Backup Exec 2010
• CISCO(basic knowledge preferably)
• Microsoft Lync Server 2010 (knowledge preferably)
• Oracle DB (knowledge preferably)

Sertificate
• MCSA
Work experience min 3 years in relevant field
Fluent in azeri and english
