Position: Training Coordinator 
 
Main Requirements to Candidate:
 
• Higher education
• Relevant work experience is a must
• Fluent English/Azeri/Russian
• Experience of working with a busy environment
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft office systems
• Good communication skills (written, verbal & listening)
• Interpersonal Skills.
• Helpful and highly motivated with the ability to prioritise workload and to work unsupervised.
• Flexible and able to support and interface with people at all levels.
• Approachable
• Confident and capable of working unsupervised
 
Main Responsibilities:
 
•   To co-ordinate training requirements in accordance with Company policies, procedures and systems, statutory regulations and good industry practice.
•   Maintaining training and competence records for both expat and local personnel
•   Coordinating of training courses for personnel (both internal and external training), providing support for compiling of training packages
•   Providing general administrative support for all aspects of training and competence
•   Liaise with managers, supervisors and personnel to ensure effective and efficient training and competence scheduling
•   Ensure that training needs are fulfilled and that systems are maintained to allow that information to be recorded.  The role is measured by the accurate fulfillment of job specific processes as well as the competency of personnel upon completion of training.
•   Providing support for statistical analysis of training and competence records
•   Management of Training Matrix and Schedule
