Key responsibilities:

• Advising guests on optimal products and services to support long-term beauty goals;
• Advising guests on skincare and recommending suitable treatments;
• Adhering to esthetics policies pertaining to chemical usage, and cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance of equipment;
• Performing various facials (Facial Ice globes, galvanic and high frequency device) using carefully selected products to suit individual skin needs;
• Selling aftercare products to improve the profits;
• Providing various lash and brow treatments, including tinting, shaping and perming.

Requirements:

• Organized and dependable candidate successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude;
• Dedicated to client satisfaction and always looking for new approaches;
• Willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals;
• Excellent reputation for resolving problems and improving guest satisfaction;
• High level of written and verbal business Azeri and Russian. English is preferable;
• Ability to work with modern equipment.
