Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology or a relevant field of study Experience working with marketing automation tools (Google. Ads), content management systems, and customer relationship management systems;
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business;
• Qualifications for Digital Marketing;
• 2+ Years of Experience in Digital Marketing;
• Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe;
• Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time;
• Incredible attention to detail;
• Full understanding of all social media platforms;
• Problem solving skills;
• Knowledge of content management systems;
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
• Understanding of buyer journey, lead flow process and online sales;
• Experience with Google.Ads, Google. analytics, Adobe Illustrator, and foundational understanding of HTML and CSS Experience;
• Excellent knowledge of English and Russian;

Responsibilities:  

• This is a role where you will be responsible for supporting sites, online sales, and digital campaigns for a fast-growing marketing team;
• As a Digital Marketing Specialist, You will design, build, test, and manage our sites and landing pages next to email-, organic and paid media campaigns; 
• You will measure and analyze past and current campaign performance to optimize initiatives and improve customer service. This role provides high visibility and requires close collaboration with multiple stakeholders, from marketing teams to sales and operations;
• You will work closely to drive operational efficiencies through process optimization;

Work conditions: 

• Work hours 09:00 - 18:00
• Work days 5/2  
• Salary -based on candidate
