Job Responsibilities:
- Managing customer orders
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- Communicating customers through phone
- Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
- Strengthening relationships with existing customers and maintaining customer loyalty
- Implementing the company's sales-related rules and procedures
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately
- Preparing reports for sales
Candidate Requirements:
- High work ethics
- Effective communication skills
- Advanced problem-solving skills and proven time management
- Ability to work and thrive in a results-oriented team environment
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English languages, Russian language proficiency is advantage
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/customer service fields
- Age range: 20-30
Job Conditions:
- Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
- Salary: 800 -1000 AZN
- Employment Type: Full-time (09:00-18:00, Monday to Friday)
