Position: Business Development Manager
 
Key Responsibilities

• Investigate the economic conditions surrounding business activity such as industry trends and competition;
• Prepare the Business Development and Work Plan; Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives;
• Secure sufficient financial resources for future development or expansion;
• Contact professional advisors, partners and donors. Network with other businesspeople;
• Develop a situation analysis including company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to assist in the development of a strategic plan for the future of the business;
• Develop and implement strategies for new products and services;
• Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs;
• Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments;
• Locate and propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities;
• Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments;
• Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals;
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments;
• Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from CyberNet’s services;
• Develop and manage marketing tools and collateral for existing and new clients;
• Forecast long and short-range market potential for management’s analysis.

Requirements:
 
• Minimum 3 years of experience at similar position;
• Graduate from Marketing, Business Management, Economics or corresponding;
• Fluent in Azerbaijan, English and Russian;
• High level computer, communication and presentation skills;
