Chief Accountant

Man duties will be as follows:

• To supervise the Accounting Department and be thoroughly familiar with the duties and responsibilities of all the subordinates under his / her supervision
• To prepare and maintain reconciliations for all Bank Accounts and all General Ledger Asset and Liability accounts, and to present these each month
• To ensure that all payments or documentation required by government bodies, e.g. Vat or Payroll Taxes are correct and submitted on a timely basis
• To ensure that the Department's operational budget is strictly adhered to and that all costs are controlled and expenditure approved
• To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs

Successful candidate should have:

• Higher education (appropriate certification will be advantage);
• Relevant experience (preferably in brewery production)
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent knowledge of ERP systems (1C, Micros)
• Be able to work under minimal supervision
