What you need to know and have:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Prior experience or internship in a DevOps or software development role is preferred but not mandatory for a junior position.

Full Stack Development Skills:

• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby.
• Knowledge of server-side frameworks like Express.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and experience in building or consuming them.
• Familiarity with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

Web Development Skills:

• Knowledge of web standards, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with web security best practices and common vulnerabilities.

Marketing and Google Ads Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of online marketing concepts and strategies, particularly related to Google Ads.
• Familiarity with Google Ads APIs or Google Marketing Platform APIs is a plus.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools would be beneficial.

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
• Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Experience with deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of server administration and basic Linux/Unix commands.
• Understanding of SQL and database management.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies.

Certifications:

• Any relevant certifications in web development or full stack development (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Google Certified Professional - Cloud Developer) would be a plus, although not required for a junior position.
