Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Front office manager in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
  • Flexible work schedule, including morning, evening and some overnight
  • Communicate through pre-shift logs, emails and departmental meetings all pertinent information for the respective shift
  • Train Front Office  Supervisor in all front office aspects
  • Follow departmental policies, procedures and service standards
  • Follow all safety policies
  • Other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous experience with Opera system required
  • 3-4 years of experience
  • Russian/English/Azerbaijani languages
  • Highly responsible and reliable
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
