Responsibilities:
- Assist the Front office manager in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Flexible work schedule, including morning, evening and some overnight
- Communicate through pre-shift logs, emails and departmental meetings all pertinent information for the respective shift
- Train Front Office Supervisor in all front office aspects
- Follow departmental policies, procedures and service standards
- Follow all safety policies
- Other duties as assigned
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous experience with Opera system required
- 3-4 years of experience
- Russian/English/Azerbaijani languages
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
