Role and Responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible and/or support for developing and setting up all local HR infrastructure and services contracts and commercial terms incl. 
  • Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.
  • Supports recruitment effort for personnel and new-employee orientations
  • Maintains compliance with legal regulations concerning HR & Other Admin. Policies with local regultions.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned
  • Setting up and administering local and expat employees and sub-contractor onboarding and off boarding (visa, relocation, accomodation, coordination etc.
  • Proactive, creative and problem solver personality is a must
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Position is located on Project Site 
  • Supporting permitting processes with local authorities
  • Developing and supporting local Corporate Social Responsibility İnitiatives of the Company
  • Analysis and presentations of Ad-Hoc requests

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or other qualified discipline of reputable universities
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Minimum 3 years of experience 
  • Analytical approach will be a necessity
  • Proactive and results-oriented, work to achieve tangible results.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment.
  • Team-oriented, strong time management and communication skills
  • Turkish knowledge is a plus
  • Experience in similar positions & responsibilities is a plus
  • Advance level knowledge of MS Office applications
