Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns vs. competition, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Maintain, review and constantly improve existing reporting sets and dashboards
- Develop tracking and measurement reports per project, including regular reporting of KPI’s, performance against KPI’s and forecasting
Requirements:
- BA degree
- Speaking/reading/writing English, Russian, and Azerbaijani is required
- Minimum 2 year experience as a Digital Marketer
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, knowledge of LinkedIn and Twitter is nice to have
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and planning digital campaigns that convert, engage, and inform
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Good understanding of key digital KPIs
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Accurate, reliable and flexible
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Time management and multi-tasking skills
