Responsibilities:
- Managing keywords and site placements
- Reviewing daily ad spend, revenue and campaign activities
- Creating ad messaging for clients’ Google Ads and PPC campaigns
- Analyzing existing ads and making strategic recommendations for improvements
- Managing monthly Google Ads program budgets
- Create and monitor Google Ads marketing campaigns and coordinate with the graphics team to create engaging display ads.
- Tracking and reporting on account performance daily, weekly and monthly, as needed
- Implement year-long digital marketing strategy including managing our web presence and social media channels in the digital canvas
- Achieve strategic marketing goals related to research, campaign development and execution, paid advertising, social media metrics, email and marketing automation.
- Implement the strategy by crafting multimedia content
- Tailor content to specific platform(s) and audience(s), optimizing posts/activity for visibility and engagement
- Timely monitoring of our social media channels and those of partner and related organizations, and responsiveness to any inquiries, comments, or messages
- Regularly track and report on performance (e.g., engagement, retention, growth), with analysis and actionable insights
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- Experience with analytical reporting tools like Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
- Understanding of SEO best practices
- Knowledge of basic HTML and web publishing.
- Excellent time and project management skills; detail-oriented
- Understanding of web technologies, including HTML, UTM parameters, and web analytics.
- Understanding of lead generation methodologies including lead scoring models, lead nurturing programs, and data flow through multiple marketing platforms.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong project management and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple, high-profile projects simultaneously.
