Position Summary:
- Under the general direction of the designated supervisor, performs duties related to the State Program.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare marketing plan, including short and long-term strategy;
- Supervise operations of SP’s email program and website daily;
- Spot new marketing opportunities for SP and carry out marketing initiatives;
- Responsible for planning SP promotional and advertising communications projects such as electronic, print, and special events to execute parts of the marketing plan;
- Work with relevant personnel on events/programs to have a firm understanding of their purpose;
- Supervise the design, production, and distribution of collateral and promotional materials to aid marketing programs;
- Responsible for all SP interactions on social media;
- Apply various social media tactics in creating brand awareness and generating inbound traffic that strengthens SP’s social media presence;
- Share SP’s involvement in different events/meetings on social media;
- Create original, error-free, clear, and concise copy for website content and promotional materials that ensure compelling communication;
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Relevant University degree with minimum 2 years of work experience;
- Highly developed communication skills in both oral and written, fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English;
- Strong commitment to customer service and appropriate problem-resolution techniques;
- Experience with the use of a variety of computer software to compose and prepare correspondence, forms, reports, presentations, and other written materials;
- Ability to design and write promotional material;
- Skills in multi-tasking and workload prioritizing under deadline pressure, using independent judgment for decision-making;
- Ability and willingness to collaborate in a team environment.
