Requirements: 

• Good knowledge in SQL and Unix
• Ability to extract data and analyze errors
• Ability to read logs
• Good understanding of the telco business and ability to explain a Product Catalog model
• Good understanding of the main entities like Account, Service, Charges (recurring, one-time, usage), Invoice
• Understanding of JSON and XML – nice to have for troubleshooting purposes
• Experience with analysis of new business requirements (offers, campaigns) and their impact on existing offers
• In addition if we get a person that knows JAVA we can involve them in the ordering/workflow management process
• Troubleshooting
• Handle stuck orders
• Make minor changes in the workflow model
