Recruitment Specialist

Requirements:

Bachelors in Business Administration or Bachelor’s in HRM preferred;
At least 2 years of Recruitment or HR Business Partner experience;
Candidates who have experience in recruitment agencies will be given priority;
Good knowledge of Recruitment principles;
Excellent English and Azerbaijani, intermediate Russian language skills;
Advanced MS Office skills;
Structured interviewing knowledge and experience is desirable;
Must be free of military service obligation

Roles and Responsibilities:

Effective implementation of recruitment and assessment processes;
Confer with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills
Regulation and implementation of internal transfer processes;
Develop and maintain network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
Screen and refer external and internal candidates for additional interviews with others in the organization
Review applications/resumes and interview candidates to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, salary requirements and to provide information about the organization and position
Perform reference and background checks for new hires and discuss results with hiring managers, realization of probation period;
Prepare documentation for offers for new hires and work with Compensation Manager on salary recommendations
In conjunction with Compensation Manager and hiring manager/supervisor, negotiate offers with candidates for open positions
Work with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates
Conduction of regular meetings with students and preparations of related programs, participate in career days, job fairs, etc. in order to enhance Company Employer Brand;
Conduction of Performance Appraisal process in the Company;
Periodic reporting of recruitment processes;
