GROUP PARTS MANAGER (New Agricultural equipments)

Job Title: Group Parts Manager

Department: Parts

Reports To: Group Aftermarket Manager

Supervises: Outlet Parts Manager

Job Function:

Manages and controls parts operations for the entire organization to maximize return on investment through; Parts sales growth and the effective management of inventories, staffing and budget.

Essential Duties:

1 Greates and maintains effective Parts Department processes across all outlets to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction (parts ordering, inventory etc.)
2. Contributes, creates and monitors annual Parts Department goals and budget, in alignment with the organization’s financial and operational objectives.
3. Creates and facilitates the execution of parts advertising, marketing and promotional programs to grow parts sales and market share gor the organization as a whole.
4. Monitors parts statistics and reports on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure achievement of organization goals.
5. Coordinates ongoing annual inventory of all parts and related inventories.
6. Works in conjunction with Group Service Manager to develop, maintain and manage the execution af the Aftermarket Marketing Plan for for the organization.
7. Maximises use of all order discount programs to acieve management stock order goals and submits all parts warranty and return claims within the required timeframe.
8. Monitors competitor activities, pricing and their advertising programs.
9. Meets with customers to understand their ongoing and developing needs and is actively involved in the customer satisfaction process.
10. Monitors individual and overall parts location performance relative to parts turnover, inventory management and expense control across the enterprise, in line with the organization”s objectives.
11. Leads, supervises and coaches parts team.
Recruits, hires, developsthough training and retains key talent.
12. Maintains Parts department equipments and facilities.
 
Skills & Qualifications:

 Minimum 3 years experience in parts operations.
 Ability to use computer applications and internet functions.
 Ability to speak effectively one-on-one and within a group.
 High level of communication and human relations.
 Exhibits a positive mental attitude, a decision maker and open minded.
 Solid understanding of financial principles relative to Parts operations.
 English and Russian language skills.
 Foreign Passport.
