Position Specifics:

Department:  Finance

Reports to:    Dealer Principal

Supervises:    Accounting and general office staff.

Job Function:

Directs and controls all financial activities of the organization, including preparation of financial reports as well as summaries to support the current business plan and future growth strategies. Supervises dat-to-day administration operations. Manages the development, planning, organization, implementation and coordination of all personel policies and procedures.

Essential Duties:

1. Directs the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, reports to shareholders/partners/members, tax returns.
2. Oversees the accounting department, budget preparation and audit functions. Meets regularly with department heads to keep informed and to offer guidance and counseling.
3. Quantifies and communicates the impact of operational results on financial results to department managers.
4. Reviews reports and analyzes projected sales and profit against actual figures, budgeted expenses against final totals and suggests methods of improving the planning process as appropriate.
5. Studies long-range economic trends and projects company prospects for future growth in overall sales, including mergers or acquisitions and other expansion opportunities.
6. Manages customer accounts (receivables, credit limits and collection efforts) and authorizes the release of information to outside inquiries with customer consent.
7. Negotiates the purchase of all office supplies and equipment.
8. Maintains all confidential files (e.g. accounting records, personnel records, etc.)
9. Supervises the investment of funds and manages cash flow. May work with bank and/or institutions to raise additional capital, as required for immediate operational needs and/or expansion.

Skills & Qualifications:

 Knowledge of datavbase and accounting application systems to supply the most accurate financial information.
 Degree in Accounting/Finance and Human Resources expertise.
 Excellent analytical, business planning, problem solving, communication, motivational and inter-personal skills.
 Excellent Englishoral and written Communication skills.
 3-5years experiencein financial management with increasing responsibilities for multi-faceted planning.
