Main duties: 

  • Set the goals and objectives for the marketing department of the company;
  • Plan and execution the marketing strategy of the company;
  • Plan the annual and quarterly marketing budget the of the company and ensure optimal usage of the budget;
  • Work with and help manage brand/creative, design, PR, event, and media buying agencies to deliver impactful rollout of marketing campaigns across market;
  • Collaborate with the Sales Department in developing promotion of products and services and special events;
  • Develop and implement effective monthly and quarterly marketing and content plans to reach departmental and project objectives;
  • Align the marketing plans of the company with the other departments and ensure coordination among all the departments;
  • Ensure all channels are regularly maintained and updated in line with the content plan (website, social media, etc.);
  • Perform research and analysis of local and international market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information for marketing campaigns;
  • Work with design teams / creative agencies to produce marketing campaigns to promote the company's products;
  • Identification of trends and insights for the digital marketing campaigns and optimal spending on the insights;
  • Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements;
  • Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects;
  • Contribute to new business development initiatives;
  • Build and develop the marketing team;

Required skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management role;
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field;
  • A Master's degree in marketing or a related field or an MBA may be highly desirable;
  • Excellent analytical and leadership skills;
  • Strong social and emotional intelligence: ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders and key audiences;
  • Deep understanding and use of data/analytics in the development and measurement of marketing strategy and tactics;
  • Fluency in English, Azerbaijani, and Russian languages is required at an advanced level;
