Summary:

• Manage and coordinate Senior Electrical and Electrical engineers in specific Project / Operation Works

Requirements:

• BS or Master Degree in in Electrical Engineering
• 10 years minimum experience in Electrical Engineering design, procurement, installation and commissioning in oil & gas and petrochemical plants.
• Experience of working with multi-national and multi-cultural project teams and Contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-ordination of the Electrical Engineering Team appointed to the Job taking care of the compliance to the scope of work and safety requirements.
• Assigning the activities taking into consideration the technical capabilities of Senior Electrical and Electrical engineers.
• Preparing new and keeping updated Electircal Engineering Specifications if required by Electrical Engineering Manager.
• Attend technical meetings with contractors, suppliers and other departments.
• Attend kick-off and co-ordination meetings with Contractor(s), suppliers, other departments.

Projects Assignment:

• Provide interpretation and clarification to requests for information from Contractor(s).
• Provide support for preparation of official communications and replies to discipline related letters and e-mails from Contractor(s).
• Support Project Management in reviewing discipline related Deviation Requests, Technical Queries and Changes to Scope of Work raised by Contractor(s).
• Review and comment of the discipline related technical documentation (e.g. drawings, specifications, requisitions, technical bid evaluations, procedures, reports, etc.) produced or revised by the Contractor(s).

Operation Works Assignment:

• Definition of the detailed scope of work for electrical design.
• Preparing the Deliverable list including Project Specifications, material requisitions and drawings required to comply with the Job requirements associating relevant manhours.
• Reviewing with the Project Engineering Manager all the needs and technical aspects which can affect the schedule of the Job and acting as interface with the other specialty groups.
• Provide support to other departments for Electrical matters (i.e. for packaged units).
• Provide support to other departments for evaluation and approval of Vendors or Subcontractors.
• Keep track of manhours expenditure and progress report.
