The Sosial Fund for Development of İDPS (SFDİ) of the Republic of Azerbaijan,an implementing agency for “İDPs Living Standards and Livelihoods Project” financed by the İnternational Bank for reconstruction and Development and the Government of Azerbaijan,announces the following vacancy:
Promotion Manager Assistant
Requirements and Qualifications:
1) Education
• A graduate (master or higher) degree in the area of humanitarian or civil engineering or closely related field;
2) Experience and Knowledge
• A minimum 1 year working experience in a sphere requiring promotion responsibilities and knowledge;
• At least 1 year working experience with IDPs and refugees;
• Relevant experience in the design and implementation of World Bank and/or donor-financed social and economic development projects would be an asset;
• Report writing and official communication skills is required;
• Experience in community work or working with community-based organizations would be an asset;
3) Other necessary skills:
• Fluency in Azeri and Russian;
• Good level of English relating work activity;
• Excellent computer skills (MS Windows, MS Excel, Word);
Consultants will be selected in accordance with the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (January 2011).
