Sales Supervisor
DANONE COMPANY is the one of the leading firms in FMCG industry having No.1 position globally in Fresh Dairy, No.2 position globally in both Waters and Baby Nutrition and No.1 position in Europe in Medical Nutrition. Through sustainable development strategy our company has been expanding its operations internationally operating in more than 150 countries. As Danone Company we are operating in both Azerbaijan and Georgia also and now we are looking for a Sales Supervisor who will be based in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Job Requirements:
* Hold a university degree preferably in Business Administration from a university in Azerbaijan or abroad.
* An MBA would be an asset however it is not a prerequisite.
* Be sales-driven, with a minimum of one year sales experience within a highly competitive environment.
* Be business-minded with high commercial integrity and honesty.
* Demonstrate good communication and presentation skills.
* Be fluent in both spoken and written English and Russian.
* Be a confident team player, able to input to the success and harmony of the team.
* Be a competent user of MS Office applications.
* Hold a full valid driving license ‘B’ and have no impediment in traveling.
The Role:
Sales Supervisor is responsible for executing sales strategies of company products through managing distributor sales force and following up the distribution, merchandising and financial issues.
