Survey Manager

Key accountabilities:

• Consulting; preparing proposals and contracts;
• Providing guidance and direction to field crew(s) and surveying technicians;
• Overseeing survey aspects of civil engineering projects and/or directing preparation of all types of survey plans;
• Conducting deed and plan research and review;
• Preparing ROW plans and agreements;
• Performing field work associated with land surveying, engineering and construction projects;
• Performing survey computations and data collection;
• CAD and drafting.

Required skills/experience:

• University Degree in one of these fields: Land surveying/Geodesy/Mapping, Civil Engineering or other related field.
• Minimum of 5 + years of experience in all aspects of land surveying.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and to work with deadlines;
• Knowledge of MS Office programs and AutoCAD;
• Microstation and InRoads experience is a plus;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian languages, English is preferable;
• Working overtime upon request.
