Data Processing & Roaming Services team operates within the Billing & Charging unit of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) department. This unit executes an operational support to billing systems by providing on-time processing of all kind of DATA and Roaming CDRs to the system, its flow over EMM and uninterrupted operation of the systems. Furthermore, Data Processing & Roaming Services team is responsible for continuous operation of BATCH processes, identification of roaming operators on the system, execution of TADIG tests and mutual exchange of roaming data with other operator over DCH.

Key Responsibilities:

•To provide necessary data for monthly reports
•To supply operation systems with data in the necessary format
•Creating and updating necessary configurations for the Billing Gateway
•Creation and change of required configurations on EMM and OMM systems
•Running and controlling BATCH processes
•Operational support for roaming services and billing systems

Required Background, Skills and Knowledge:

•University Education (Computer Science, Applied Math and other technical majors)
•Knowledge of Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, Shell scripting
•Knowledge of UNIX Operational System
•Knowledge and experience in programming of any language
•General knowledge of GSM systems
•Minimum 2 years of work experience in related fields
•Language skills:
◦Azerbaijani – fluent
◦English – upper-intermediate
