Role descriptioin:

Marketing & Communication Specialist enhances the awareness about the organization by giving new edge to marketing strategy and developing new ideas to improve communication between the company and clients. The role and duties include preparing promotional material that takes our vision to the community, use effective and timely messaging to attract the target audience, develop strategies specific to different media, and networking for brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Developing marketing strategy to promote company’s products and services
• Creating design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels
• Promoting and marketing the company products and services on various channels
• Preparing different marketing and advertising materials
• Developing content & coordinating company's websites, social media pages and company newsletters
• Attending marketing sessions and events for networking with industry professionals
• Increasing the brand awareness on various social media platforms and offline modes
• Planning and implementing effective communication strategies
• Creating and maintaining a detailed report on the various marketing campaigns

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
• 3+ years’ experience in Marketing and Communications sphere
• Excellent understanding and familiarity with brand building and brand management
• Knowledge of Graphic Design (Adobe Creative Suite) and Printing would be a plus 
• Effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines
• Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills in English
• Self-motivated, flexible, enthusiastic
