Purpose of the role:
- A Senior PR and Marketing specialist is responsible for creating advertising campaigns, pricing strategies. They work with marketing teams at companies to achieve success through more awareness about what they offer.

Job requirements:
- Carrying out marketing research.
- Development of ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Content development and optimization, advertising, event planning.
- Increase brand awareness and product promotion.
- Research competitors in search of ideas for improving the product and services to attract more customers.
- Working in traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media, website and market research.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, creating presentations in Power Point, to edit photo and creating posters in Corel draw, Adobe Photoshop)
- Exceptional communication and writing skills also copywriting to write press releases to create advertising campaigns.
- To prepare an interview for magazines, TV/radio programs for management
- Creating a strategy and targeting your target audience.
- Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani, English, and Russian
- Formulating PR plans and strategies
- Enhancing the company's voice and presence through online and offline channels
- Managing media relations and requests
- Write press releases, speeches and other PR copy
- Plan and supervise events, fairs, conferences etc.
- Support the implementation of promotional plans.
- Present solutions in times of PR crisis
- Facilitate the resolution of disputes with the public or external vendors.
- Lead survey initiatives and analyze public opinion
- Proven experience as public relations specialist or similar position
- Experience in project management and execution of PR campaigns and/or initiatives
- Experience in copywriting and editing.
- Working knowledge of MS Office; photo and video-editing software is an asset
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube etc.)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Atitude in presentation and public speaking
- A creative yet practical mind.
Required knowledge and skills:
We are currently seeking an individual with a strong background in creating excellent presentation skills using Power Point. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the creating posters, announcements and be able to create visually video and photo editing on Adobe Photoshop.
In addition to this technical expertise, we are looking for an individual with high analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to think analytically. The candidate should be able to work well under pressure, be honest, and have a track record of delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
Essential requirements:
Education:
- Higher education in economics, marketing or business administration. Education in business administration is desirable.
Work experience:
- Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in relevant position
Language skills:
- Candidates should also possess excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani language, with preference given to those who are fluent in English. The Russian language is preferable.
Computer skills:
- Candidate should have a high level of knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), with experience in working with Corel draw and Adobe Photoshop.
