Sales Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with customers.
  • Providing technical assistance and support to customers.
  • Coordinating with marketing and product development teams to ensure effective promotion of building materials.
  • Preparing and submitting sales reports to management.

Procurement Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers of building materials.
  • Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring supplier performance and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities.
  • Managing inventory levels to ensure materials are available when needed.

Overall, your responsibilities will include managing the sales and procurement processes from end to end, ensuring that materials are delivered on time and at a reasonable cost, and developing and maintaining relationships with both customers and suppliers.
