HR COORDINATOR
 
Job description:

HR coordinator is a position in the CEO office of Komtec Ltd. and reports to the head of the office. The main role is to plan, develop and assess the company’s human resources and help build the relevant systems to support these processes.

The basic job duties will include, but not be limited to:

Planning and recruitment
 Plan organization human resource needs;
 Coordinate the budgeting process for resourcing;
 Develop a well defined job description system;
 Establish and develop recruitment channels;
 Ensure recruitment needs of units are met within established KPI’s;
 Execute proper induction programs;

Remuneration and registration
 Ensure full compliance of registration and documentation in accordance with legislation;
 Provide full supporting documentation for payroll processing;
 Develop proper system for fair and transparent remuneration of staff;
 Link remuneration system to employee motivation programs;
 Develop policies and procedures for benefits;

Performance management
 Establish and develop performance management system in accordance with the global strategies and annual operating budgets of the Company;
 Link employees’ targets to job descriptions;
 Help organize individual development plans and ensure their execution;
 Develop skills and competencies of employees;
 Arrange coaching and counseling;
 Ensure performance measurements occur regularly and in line with the Company policies;

Requirements:

∙ Education: University education in a related field. Students with a degree from a US/European university are encouraged to apply;
∙ Work experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in a related field is required.
∙ IT skills: Knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word)
∙ Languages: Fluency in English, Azerbaijani and Russian

Remuneration:
o Remuneration will be competitive; initial salary is dependent upon specific
knowledge of the sector and experience;
o Subsequent revisions of salary will depend on promotion and performance;
