Requirements and skills:

  • Procurement and sales of pneumatic, drilling, borehole tools, hydraulic equipment, and spare parts in Onshore, Offshore fields 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite skills (very important) – Outlook, Word , Excel, Data base and etc.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving, management and leadership skills, highly organized and detail-oriented    
  • Experience in Sales
  • Ability to analyze data and come to conclusions
  • Great time management skills
  • Ability to follow procedures exactly
  • Ability to communicate with team
  • Proficient typing and editing skills.
  • Data organization skills.
  • Working well as part of a team, but also be able to deliver and work independently;
  • Being self-disciplined: high level of adherence to the company requirements.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani English and Russian is very important
  • Wages will be discussed individually at the interview.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Planning, executing, following through and completing the purchase process on behalf of the company and its projects optimizing costs, observing requested time limits, quantity and quality standards
  • Researching, locating and purchasing products for online purchase requests
  • Coordinating with the team to ensure that orders are processed correctly
  • Conducting of market research for cost saving purposes and identifies new potential suppliers
  • Requesting assistance from international partners and maintaining correspondence with them
  • Maintaining strong relationships internally and externally with vendors, fostering collaboration and teamwork
  • Optimizing the delivery and execution of purchase requests in line with customer delivery dates on a cost-effective basis, including tracking parcels and cargo shipments
  • Compiling and providing customs clearance documentation to the Project Manager
  • Ensuring that process documents are complete, current, communicated and stored appropriately
  • Reporting progress to the Project Manager
  • Recording and archiving all purchase transaction details in an orderly manner
  • Coordinating and distributing the workload with the appropriate members of the team
  • Performing other related duties as assigned by the Project Manager
  • Maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times.
