Requirements:

• Higher education in law (a master's degree is an advantage);
• Work experience: 3+ years (in the field of law);
• High level of knowledge on civil legislation of AR;
• Ability to perfectly use Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages ​​orally and in writing;
• Ability to freely use Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook);
• Knowledge of INCOTERMS rules

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of international trade agreements, as well as other agreements;
• Drafting of various legal documents;
• Preparation of answers to letters, applications and complaints related to legal issues within the specified time;
• To carry out legal expertise of civil-law contracts;
• Participation in the preparation and legal expertise of internal corporate acts, orders, instructions, rules and procedures, regulations;
