Requirement: 

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in administrative or any functional role. 
  • Work experience in international environment will be advantage
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office programs. Specially Excel
  • Ability to interact professionally with senior management team  
  • University diploma in any discipline 
  • Shall demonstrate ability of working under time pressure.
  • Good understanding of business ethics 
  •  Shall be able to demonstrate examples of outstanding performance in personal life such as achievement in education, volunteering experience and etc. 

 Job Responsibilities include: 

  • To assist senior management team in daily activities such as bookings, travel arrangements, customer meetings and etc. 
  • Professional record keeping 
  • Assist with data analyst and marketing  activities 
  • In charge of business and promotional  events 
  • To prepare required client reports as requested by management.
  • To administer all required purchase orders, including order placement, delivery control and  “good receipts” follow up
  • Other admin tasks as assigned. 

Work condition: 

  • Normal working week:  Mon- Fri (from 08:00 till 17:00)
  •  Job place is  company base at  Salyan highway.  Shuttle bus service is available.
