Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and handle incoming correspondence
  • Administer the company security program
  • Welcome guests and provide initial HSE inductions
  • Assist with office tasks such as copying, filing, translating, ordering, etc.
  • Handle international correspondence

Requirements:

  • Previous work experience in a similar role or in administrative support
  • Ability to represent the company and handle employees’ and visitors’ requests professionally
  • University diploma in any discipline, preferably in languages
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Good understanding of Business Ethics

Work Conditions:

  • Normal working week: Mon-Fri (09:00 - 18:00)
  • Competitive package in line with the candidate's work experience
