Job Title: System and Network Administration Department Manager

Automated Tax Information System (AVIS), “One-stop-shop” for business registration, e-tax services for entrepreneurs, e-tax audit, information system of cadastre of immovable property, automated documentation system for the State Committee of Property, as well as e-government information system for the Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies are just a few examples of many successful projects developed by CyberNet.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage system and network administrators;
• To carry out duties according IT policy and procedures;
• Provide confidentiality of the company data ;
• Provide the confidentiality of passwords;
• Perform general system and network maintenance and support;
• Resolve support requests and serve as escalation point for UNIX and networking issues;
• Evaluate and qualify relevant new technologies and suggestions from end-users;
Requirements:
•Minimum 5 years of experience at similar position;
•Strong leadership skills;
•Higher education (Technical);
•Azerbaijani and Russian - fluent, English - upper intermediate;
•UNIX systems;
•Network Structures;
•Database Knowledge;
