IT Intelligent Network Administrator
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Applied Mathematics or İnformation Technologies;
At least 2 years of experience in IT;
SQL, PL/SQL on expert level;
UNIX/LINUX and WINDOWS on user level;
GSM skills;
Excellent MS Office skills;
Fluent Azerbaijani, Intermediate English and Russian language skills;
Military service (mandatory);

Roles & Responsibilities:
Participate in preparation and developing Billing procedures;
Perform notification about business affected problems in time;
Plan, perform and ensure preventive maintenance works;
Control 3rd party companies works related with IT;
Documenting infrastructure systems including hardware and software systems;
Report on system statuses, failures, violations, performed preventive works and actions;
Contributes in the constant improvement actions of the Company
To work in non-traditional business hours in support of Billing Operation;
Respects and applies approved procedures and processes and proposes constant improvement actions
Identifies and implements changes for improving the operational efficiency of the unit
Ensures 24h/7d on-call availability of the unit
Develops pro-actively and against requirement specifications management and operational reports
Ensures health of all informational data of the group;
Ensures operational backups and archiving for all data and settings of the group
Operation, Maintenance, Configuration and troubleshooting for RTB platform: Tariffs, Tariff Plans, Services, Rating processes
Operation, Maintenance, Configuration and troubleshooting for RTB platform: MG
Operation, Maintenance, Configuration and troubleshooting for RTB platform: TP
Operation, Maintenance, Configuration and troubleshooting for RTB platform: CAMEL Roaming
Operation, Maintenance, Configuration and troubleshooting for RTB platform: Customer Care
Operation, Maintenance, Configuration and troubleshooting for RTB platform: user access policy
Operation, Maintenance, Configuration and troubleshooting for RTB platform: online interfaces (diameter)
Coordinates & cooperates closely with other teams of IT and departments.Maintains good relations with all teams and departments, develop team working
Testing and installation of the new patch sets and releases
Participates in the development of the projects within the department
Development and update of reports
