Job Descriptions:
- Control preparation statutory reports, such as: Balance Sheet, VAT, withholding, land, and property tax declarations and submit to the tax authority in a timely and correct manner. Control postings data to SAP and 1C.
- Ensure timely, correct, and full payment of monthly tax and other mandatory state payments.
- Respond to the tax authorities' cameral inspection, information request, content letters by preparing the required information and preparing required documents for the prevention of double taxation (DTA forms), approve them in the tax authority, and send them to non-residents
- Prepare the information required for the mandatory annual local audit and submit it to the audit company, to support in conducting the audit
- Check the payment conditions in the contract, their annexes regarding their compliance with the tax legislation and other accounting documents
- Monitor the tax legislation, ensuring the implementation of necessary changes, carrying out work on tax planning and reducing tax risks Act
- Control submission monthly,quarterly and yearly statistical reports in accordance with the legislation of AR.
Requirements:
- Higher Education
- Relevant work experience – minimum 3 year
- Confident knowledge of Local and International Accounting Standards
- Experience in SAP and 1C
- Fluency in Azeri / Russian. English is desirable
- Computer skills, specifically in the use of Excel
- Excellent communication, organizational skills
- Hard and dynamic worker
