We are excited to offer an internship opportunity in our Human Resources department, focusing on Recruitment. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about HR, eager to learn about the inner workings of talent management and committed to enhancing employee engagement and workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
• Participate in organizing and executing employer branding initiatives and career fairs.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of onboarding and training programs for new hires. 
• Support the HR team in designing and delivering employee engagement activities.
• Gather and analyze employee feedback to suggest improvements in HR practices. 
• Collaborate with different departments to understand their talent needs and help in drafting job descriptions.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Russian.
• Strong interest in Human Resources, particularly in talent acquisition and employee experience. 
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with HRIS systems.
• Proactive and eager to take on new challenges.
