Booz Allen Hamilton, a global management and strategy consulting company, with its branch office based in Azerbaijan, is looking for talented candidates to join its team for potential positions on the USAID funded Azerbaijan Trade Linkages and Agribusiness Strengthening (ATLAS) Program.

Generalists in project management and implementation, with backgrounds in trade, trade policy, government relations, and capacity building, are sought for several open positions in areas including regulatory research, trade technical expertise, and agricultural service sector expertise.

In addition, the Firm is seeking for specialists on International Trade Policy /World Trade Organization (WTO) with basic qualifications as follows: 

1) Experience in trade policy formulation and analysis
2) Understanding principles of trade policy development, implementation and monitoring WTO Accession, and investment agreements
3) Familiarity with international standards and best practices, such as CODEX Alimentarius Commission, International Plant Protection Convention and International Organization for Animal Health
4) Familiarity with competition regulatory frameworks
5) Experience working with public-private partnerships.

All potential candidates must meet the following qualifications:

1) Minimum of 5 years professional experience in their field or a relevant internationally recognized certification/diploma
2) English language proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
3) Experience working on these issues in Azerbaijan, the Caucasus and/or Eastern Europe and Former Soviet Union countries is preferable
4) Foreign education or work experience in a multicultural environment is preferable

Salaries will be competitive with local market and reflect candidate job experience.
