Booz Allen Hamilton, a global management and strategy consulting company, with its branch office based in Azerbaijan, is looking for talented candidates to join its team.

The Firm is seeking a Business Enabling Environment Specialist with basic qualifications as follows: 

1) Experience in development, implementation, and monitoring of reforms to stimulate private sector growth
2) Familiarity with regulatory reform, competitiveness strategy, financial markets and fiscal policy.
3) Familiarity with capacity building and organizational development
4) Experience working with public-private partnerships.

All potential candidates must meet the following qualifications:

1) Minimum of 5 years professional experience in their field and internationally recognized certification/diploma. A degree in law is preferable.
2) English language proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
3) Experience working on these issues in Azerbaijan, the Caucasus and/or Eastern Europe and Former Soviet Union countries is preferable
4) Foreign education or work experience in a multicultural environment is preferable

Salaries will be competitive with local market and reflect candidate job experience.
