Requirements:
- Higher Education Diploma;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Azerbaijani, Russian and English;
- Ability to work freely in Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook);
Job Describtion:
- Monitoring the registration of all incoming and outgoing documents, document delivery and document circulation;
- Receive incoming calls and direct them to their destination;
- To be responsible for the management and booking of the meeting room;
- Carrying out other relevant tasks of the management;
- Fulfilling tasks according to procedures and instructions;
- To carry out other written and verbal tasks given by the managers within the framework of our corporate procedures;
- Ordering an access card for newly arrived employees;

- Ability to communicate effectively in writing;
