Job responsibilities:

Supplier order control and improvement of ordering algorithms
Analyzing and taking action on supplier delivery frequency
Supplier service level verification
Promo order verification and process control
Taking measures to prevent OOS and Over stock situations (stores and warehouses).
Checking the accuracy of auto orders to stores
Control of manual orders from stores
System-wide control of display stocks in each store
Checking seasonal factors in auto replenishment
Control of the accuracy of orders in newly opened stores
Control of keeping warehouse and store stocks at an optimal level
Conduct advance purchase forecasting for holidays and special days.
