Stock Planning Team Leader

Job responsibilities:

  • Supplier order control and improvement of ordering algorithms
  • Analyzing and taking action on supplier delivery frequency
  • Supplier service level verification
  • Promo order verification and process control
  • Taking measures to prevent OOS and Over stock situations (stores and warehouses).
  • Checking the accuracy of auto orders to stores
  • Control of manual orders from stores
  • System-wide control of display stocks in each store
  • Checking seasonal factors in auto replenishment
  • Control of the accuracy of orders in newly opened stores
  • Control of keeping warehouse and store stocks at an optimal level
  • Conduct advance purchase forecasting for holidays and special days.

Required qualifications:

  • Good Communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Mathematics skills
  • Good Excel
  • Basic Logistics Knowledge
  • Middle knowledge of English or Russian
  • Presentation skills
  • Minimum 2 years experience in planning
  • Ability to work with a team.
