Job responsibilities:
- Supplier order control and improvement of ordering algorithms
- Analyzing and taking action on supplier delivery frequency
- Supplier service level verification
- Promo order verification and process control
- Taking measures to prevent OOS and Over stock situations (stores and warehouses).
- Checking the accuracy of auto orders to stores
- Control of manual orders from stores
- System-wide control of display stocks in each store
- Checking seasonal factors in auto replenishment
- Control of the accuracy of orders in newly opened stores
- Control of keeping warehouse and store stocks at an optimal level
- Conduct advance purchase forecasting for holidays and special days.
Required qualifications:
- Good Communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Mathematics skills
- Good Excel
- Basic Logistics Knowledge
- Middle knowledge of English or Russian
- Presentation skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in planning
- Ability to work with a team.
