Executive Assistant to CEO

Responsibilities:

  • Support and provide guidance to the CEO, working closely with the Board Members, line managers;
  • Takes notes and distributes meeting minutes, agendas and meeting packages;
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
  • Composing and preparing correspondence, plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO's schedule;
  • Monitor and follow-up the orders issued by the CEO and report the outcomes of the orders;
  • Manage all preparatory activities to ensure the CEO’s participation at the international and regional events

Skills:

  • University degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, economics,  preferred;
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency in MS-Office;
  • Fluence in written and spoken Azerbaijani, Russian and English, required;
  • At least 2 years of experience providing support at high level;
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks; 
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability;
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines.
