Main duties:

• Greets guests and presents them with the menu.
• Informs guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any.
• Suggests food and beverages to the guest and tries to upsell.
• Takes food and beverage orders from the guest on the order taking pads or on the handheld Point of sale (POS) system.
• Obtains revenues, issues receipt, accepts payments, returns the change. 
• Performs basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor. 
• Supports the team in case of others absence.
• Places the order on the POS machine and ensures the special requirements made by the guest while ordering the food.
• Communicates to the guest and provides assistance with the queries.
• Servers food and beverage to the guest as per the course of order.
• Promptly responds to the guests, observes guests and ensures their satisfaction with the food and service.
• Maintains proper dining experience, delivers items, fulfills customer needs, offers desserts and drinks, removes courses, replenishes utensils, refills glasses. 
• Adheres grooming and appearance standards consistently. 
• Help other areas of the restaurant such as answering telephones and completing financial transactions.

Candidate requirements:

• Previous experience in similar position is mandatory.
• Knowledge of MICROS program. 
• Strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
• Strong knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian or/and English languages.
• Highly responsible & reliable
