General information:
- Have strong programming skills in one/several popular backend languages (Java, Node.js, Python etc.)
- Have solid experience with corresponding web frameworks (Spring, Express, Django etc.)
- Have knowledge of classical data structures and algorithms
- Have strong understanding of general OOP concepts
- Have knowledge of relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases
- Have at least basic understanding of how to deploy backend APIs, in both on-premise and cloud environments
- Be able to explain complex concepts in easy to understand manner.
