Requirements
Graduate degree with MBA in Marketing preferable
Products and services experience (Preferably 5 years in telecom or 8 years in FMCG)
Minimum of five years managerial experience
Thorough understanding of product development and Services
Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to provide and articulate the future vision for Product Development
Knowledge of industry standard concepts, practices and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio);

Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop a strategy and roadmap for products while ensuring linkage between the business requirements and technical requirements as per company strategy and the market demand.
Coordinate business cases development for products and ensure these are linked to business priorities, business strategy and market demand.
Coordinate technical requirements development for products and ensure they are linked to company system capabilities/capacity and market demand
Track performance of products against business cases
Improve continuously the performance of the products by taking relevant corrective and preventive actions.
Cascade company strategies, targets, and priorities down to employees and contribute to identification of Company strategies and priorities
To plan group’s budget and headcount parallel to department, company and company short and long term strategies, priorities and targets to realize department activities and hire right people in the right time
